Solar Radiation Testing for Outdoor Reliability

One of the highlights of our laboratory is the Solar Radiation Test Chamber.The chamber simulates continuous solar radiation and elevated ambient temperatures, recreating the harsh conditions experienced by outdoor displays under direct sunlight.Using industry-standard testing parameters, it simulates solar radiation of up to 1100 W/m², allowing our engineers to evaluate thermal performance, heat dissipation, color consistency, and operational stability during prolonged outdoor exposure.This testing helps ensure reliable performance across a wide range of climates before every product leaves our factory.

IK10 Impact Resistance Testing

To verify structural durability, CNLC performs professional IK10 Pendulum Impact Testing, one of the highest mechanical protection standards for outdoor display enclosures.

Standardized impacts are applied to the cabinet frame, corners, and front panel to simulate accidental collisions in public environments. The tests verify that the enclosure maintains its structural integrity while protecting internal components, helping extend product lifespan and reduce maintenance requirements.
